Course Proposal:
Cooking, apart from being a basic need for survival, is a way of cultural, artistic and affective expression. In the Culinary course, the students will have the opportunity to adventure in this universe, besides developing autonomy to execute different recipes using different cooking methods.
About the teacher:
Ana Paula Moutinho is a pedagogue, gastronome specialized in gourmet cooking, pâtisserie and chocolate in Switzerland. After working in Paris, she worked as a Chef owner of Armazém Ana Paula Moutinho. She decided to dedicate herself to teaching pâtisserie to children. She specialized in bilingual education and children culinary.
